Adjacent (southwest) to Leo Palace 

100 acres Located in Yona/Pulantat and adjacent to Leo Palace.  The vision is to develop homes in multiple phases with a shared park and lake surrounded by fruit trees, palm trees and bamboo groves as a beautiful venue for the different estates.  To better protect those gated communities, active monitoring and alerts are planned to provide a safe haven for residents.
